Hey y’all! I’m Miss Sydney, a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist (M.S., CCC-SLP) and founder of Star Path Speech and Language. 

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Texas Christian University (go frogs!) and my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Texas at Dallas. 

I hold Texas state licensure as well as national certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Over the past 4 years, I have worked in the DFW public school system, where I learned many helpful tools and experienced a variety of speech and language disorders. I saw the immense need for children to receive a specific therapy intervention plan and for families to be fully involved in the process.

I then founded Star Path Speech and Language to provide families with individualized speech and language therapy in the comfort of their own homes—because I believe every child deserves the chance to shine.

I am passionate about supporting children during their most developmental and early years. Whether your child is working on speech sounds, understanding and using language, or developing social skills, my goal is to make therapy feel like play. I strive to be engaging, effective, and tailored to your child’s unique needs.
